Beneficiary Members of SEDAD
(Socio Economic Development Association for Disable)
Beneficiary Members are the primary focus of the Socio Economic Development Association for Disable (SEDAD). They are individuals with disabilities or other marginalized conditions who directly benefit from SEDAD’s programs, services, and interventions. The inclusion of Beneficiary Members ensures that all organizational activities are people-centered, needs-based, and outcome-oriented, aligning with SEDAD’s mission to empower and improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities.
Eligibility Criteria
Individuals can become Beneficiary Members if they meet the following criteria:
- Persons with physical, intellectual, sensory, or developmental disabilities.
- Children, adolescents, and adults who require special support or rehabilitation services.
- Willingness to actively participate in SEDAD’s programs, workshops, and community initiatives.
- Families or caregivers of persons with disabilities who support the participation and development of the beneficiaries.
Membership is inclusive, ensuring that no deserving individual is left out, particularly those living in underprivileged or rural communities.
Roles and Participation
Beneficiary Members are encouraged to:
- Participate in Programs and Activities: Attend educational, vocational, health, and social empowerment programs organized by SEDAD.
- Provide Feedback: Share their experiences and suggestions to improve program design and implementation.
- Engage in Skill Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance employability, independence, and social integration.
- Serve as Advocates: Promote awareness about disability rights and inclusion within their communities.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with program organizers, caregivers, and volunteers to maximize the benefits of services provided.
