The Socio Economic Development Association for Disable (SEDAD) strategically concentrates its efforts on key focus areas to maximize the impact of its programs and achieve sustainable development for persons with disabilities. These focus areas reflect the organization’s commitment to empowerment, inclusion, and holistic well-being while addressing the social, economic, educational, and health challenges faced by disabled individuals in Bangladesh.

- Education and Inclusive Learning:
Promote access to formal and informal education for children and youth with disabilities, ensuring inclusion in mainstream schools, literacy programs, and skill-building initiatives. - Economic Empowerment and Livelihood Support:
Provide vocational training, entrepreneurship development, financial literacy, and income-generating opportunities to enhance self-reliance and reduce poverty among persons with disabilities. - Health, Rehabilitation, and Assistive Services:
Ensure access to healthcare, therapeutic services, assistive devices, and rehabilitation programs to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. - Women and Girls Empowerment:
